NORTHCOTE COLLEGE
Established in 1877, Northcote College has served the local community and beyond for more than 140 years. We are the oldest school on the North Shore of Auckland. The school has an impressive record of outstanding achievement in national examinations, sport, art, drama and music. We have a dedicated and excellent team of teachers and support staff who are passionately committed to teaching and learning.
Situated on Auckland's North Shore, the College enjoys excellent facilities for student learning, expansive sports fields, established trees and gardens all within 10 minutes of Auckland City and the beaches of the North Shore. I have been studying here for nearly a year and I really like the school! I personally recommend Northcote College for Vietnamese students, especially those who want to have remarkable moments in New Zealand. The teachers here are always ready to support students. They remember each student’s name and closely monitor and accompany every member of the class.
As for the opportunities the school provides, Northcote College always encourages students to choose their desired subjects. Courses can also be adjusted if students encounter difficulties. The school strongly promotes participation in competitions held nationwide and creates opportunities for students to develop in a specialised and individual manner. Thanks to my studies at the school, I have made significant strides in my personal development and become more independent.
