WELLINGTON COLLEGE
Founded in 1867, Wellington College is one of the oldest and highest achieving boys high schools in New Zealand. The buildings show the rich history of the school, as well as its modernity and the wonderful studying environment. Wellington College brings a great study experience and globalized education to international students from aged 14 - 18. Teachers support students closely in order to help them become confident and focused on their university pathway.

Our Vietnamese students are very competitive and many receive university scholarships on graduating at Wellington College. I enjoy meeting our Vietnamese families in Vietnam twice a year and sharing the achievement of their sons.
KEY FIGURES AT A GLANCE
Wellington College has a long history of preparing Vietnamese students for global universities. In 2018 and 2019 Wellington College had 100% of its University Entrance international students achieve University Entrance. The school is closely connected to the vibrant Vietnamese community in Wellington so the boys never really feel to far from home. The Head of English Language at Wellington College is a Vietnamese staff member.
